Refund Policy

We offer 30-days money back guaranteed.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.oraclevibe.com and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes to shopping online. If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased, you may return the defective product within 30-days from the date of receipt of the product. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it together with the original packaging.


You may choose from one of the following return options:

Exchange your defective item for a same item or on equal value


No nonsense return policy.

Items that you wish to return shall be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. All request for exchange or refund shall be done by way of email at customer_support@oraclevibe.com with the order number and we will attend to your email within 1 – 2 working day(s). No walk-in allowed.

Postage charges is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and/or unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) and with tags attached to the product (PLEASE BE SURE TO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS)

Any Promotional Product cannot be return for Full Refund, only applicable for exchange unless it is deemed as Out of Stock/Discontinue by Oracle.

Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 15 - 20 working days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange for item that is equivalent or lower in value only.


Important information

To protect all of our customers and to make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable care and fairness, we may refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including but not limited to the following:

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)

Products showing excessive wear and tear.

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.

Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.

Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

Products that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

Products that are found to be not in accordance to Oracle Return/Exchange/Refund policy but is nonetheless posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be posted back to the customer.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.

Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “defect upon receiving".

Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it.

ORACLE reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.

In the event if the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 - 20 Working Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.

*If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance to the credit/debit card originally used.


Please note:

ORACLE reserves the rights to compensate/alter/refund any Non-deliver item that failed to reach customer within 60 days after order is placed as deemed fit by ORACLE

ORACLE reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if the original item has not reached our warehouse/premise.

Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.

Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

If you placed your order using Guest Checkout and do not have an ORACLE account, please create an ORACLE account to initiate any exchange or return, subject to the terms and conditions.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colors.

An item's measurements stated on oraclevibe.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in production.
